Self help is for people who want a change in their lives and want it passionately but without having to rely on professional help. Helping yourself can be done to improve ones life economically, intellectually, emotionally, spiritually and socially.

Helping yourself is based on the idea that people prefer to be self reliant, that there is plenty of information available in the public sphere, and that there are support groups for just about anything you can imagine.

Self help is usually sold through the medium of self help books. However, these days the internet has made it a viable option for anyone with a home computer and an internet connection.
