Have you ever been in a situation where you felt:

  • Like your heart was beating so hard it was going to come out of your chest?
  • Like you'd just been kicked in the chest?
  • Like you just swallowed dish soap?
  • Like you were going to fall over, faint or throw up when you weren't sick?
  • Like you couldn't possibly inhale another breath?
  • Like your hands had gone to sleep with pins & needles?
  • Like you were suddenly very hot or very cold?
  • Like someone had slipped you some drugs?
  • Like you are trapped in a horror movie and 'something' is going to get you?
  • Like you're going to lose control and do something really embarrassing?
  • Like you're going to die?
  • A good defense

If you've answered 'yes' to most of these then you've probably experienced an attack of panic. Would you like to live without all these symptoms? Read on...
